RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Rates: Prices are in euros, per week, and include the tourist tax and linens (sheets, shower towels, bath towels, bathrobes, and dish towels).
- Check-in/Check-out: Saturday to Saturday, check-in from 6:00 PM and check-out by 9:30 AM
- Minimum 7-day stay during high season.
- For stays shorter than 7 days, please contact us for availability, depending on the season.
- Payment: 30% upon reservation with signing of the contract; balance due upon arrival.
- Security deposit: €3,500, by check or credit card; not charged, refunded after the property inspection.
- Pets: not allowed.
- Reception: 24 hours a day.
