TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RENTAL
- Rates: Prices are quoted in euros per week, including tourist tax and linen (bed linen, shower towels, tea towels).
- Check-in/check-out: Saturday to Saturday, check-in from 5.00 pm and check-out by 10.00 am (pool access all day).
- Minimum stay of 7 days during the high season
- Minimum stay of 3 days in the low season
- Terms and conditions: 30 per cent upon booking and signing the contract, with the balance payable on arrival.
- Security deposit: €1,500, payable by cheque or credit card; this amount will not be debited and will be refunded following the property inspection.
- Reception: 24 hours a day
